Emara Churchill

FOUNDER & INSTRUCTOR

Yoga | Breathwork | Energy & Ease

  • Emara brings a rich tapestry of expertise and passion to the realm of wellness. She holds a Bachelor degree in Kinesiology and Science of Registered Nursing. Additional credentials, include a 200-hour YTT certification with a therapeutic focus, Breathwork and Meditation certification, and ongoing pursuit of a 500-hour YTT.

    Her dedication to sharing the gift of mindfulness, particularly with women leading busy lives, is evident in her multifaceted approach. Emara incorporates mindful movement, meditation, and breathwork into her teachings, offering a diverse range of modalities to cater to individual needs.

Ashley Carson

INSTRUCTOR

Flow | Yin | Light & Airy

  • Ashley is a 200h registered yoga teacher with additional training in Yin Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and Sequencing and Sadhana Practice with International Master Teacher, Meghan Currie.

    Informed from a background in dance, athletics, and many years of training and personal practice Ashley's yoga teachings include mindful, safe movement patterns and creative experiential anatomy.

    To her, yoga is a practice of self-care and energetic expression, a beautiful form of physical movement, emotional regulation, and a way to connect to self and others. It's easy to feel her enthusiasm and love for yoga in any of her classes!

Sarah Mason

INSTRUCTOR

Power | Strength | For the Athletes

  • Sarah completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Sacred Movement School in 2022, a 50-hour Vinyasa Krama training, and a 25-hour Yoga for Athletes teacher training in 2023. She is a runner, triathlete, and lover of movement and mindfulness. When she’s not teaching yoga, you’ll find her moving her body in a variety of ways, taking deep breaths in nature and trying to notice the fullness of each moment!

Meg Barry

Yoga | Meditation | Calm & Easeful

  • A 200h registered yoga teacher, founder of Be Still Yoga and Registered Nurse in the Cardiac ICU, based in New Brunswick.

    Specializing in self-care, mental wellness, and physical health, Megan inspires students to foster mindfulness with a present, non-judgmental, and open-minded approach.

    For Megan, yoga is a transformative journey to the self, aimed at dismantling biases molded throughout our lives.

    Look forward to her Mindful Movement Series, thoughtfully crafted to highlight intuitive breath-guided movements, deliberate slow stretches, and moments of serene stillness.

Jess Corfield

  • Jess found her love of Pilates in a therapeutic setting and was inspired by its capability to change lives. Her practice is centred around aligning the body, engaging the mind in the moment, and finding fun in wellness.

    Her class style is fun and fitness focused, providing thoughtful flows that will improve your strength, mind-body connection, mobility, and alignment. She can’t wait to see you on the mat!

Victoria Scully

Pilates | Strength | Bold & Strong

  • Victoria's love of movement started through her life and career in musical theatre and dance. Over the past 5 years she has fully embraced the world of health and wellness working as a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Mat Pilates Instructor, 200hr YTT, and a Meditation and Breathwork Instructor, while currently studying to become a 500hr Ayurvedic Practitioner. She has a passion for teaching and is currently diving into the world of teacher training. She believes in finding true balance through efficient training, a peaceful lifestyle, and a strong community. Have a question about the how's and why's of a particular movement?
